Peach Smoothie
In honor of National Peach Cobbler Day, Dr. Shillingford’s staff would like to offer you a lower calorie, weight loss surgery friendly Peach Smoothie recipe.
- ½ cup nonfat milk or almond milk
- 5 oz vanilla greek yogurt
- 1 cup frozen unsweetened peaches
- ¼ tsp vanilla extract
- ⅛ tsp cinnamon
- dash of Nutmeg
Put all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Add crushed ice and blend if you need to loosen the smoothie. Enjoy!
